Lovewise around the UK
Although Lovewise began in the North East it is now represented by Lovewise teams in some parts of England.
If your school (Year 5-13) or youth group is within a one hour drive of one of our teams, members may be able to give a presentation. In the first year we do not charge for these presentations, though donations are welcomed.

LOCAL TEAMS
The team in Dagenham is run by John and Mary Barker.

Finlay and Pamela MacIver oversee the team in hull. Although a fairly new team they now have a growing number of volunteers and presenters.

Katharine Wheelhouse is the schools co-ordinator in the Lake District and North Lancashire area. This is the latest team to be set up and they would welcome any enquiries.

Two couples, Ruth and Johnny Woodrow and Rebekah and Matthew Spriggs, head up the work from the Spriggs’ home. Johnny and Matthew pastor a local evangelical church. They are available to give presentations in ‘Midlands Triangle’ of Leicester, Nottingham and Derby.

There is a presentations team of six available to travel up to 90 minutes from the central office to include locations in Teeside, Wearside and the northern Lakes.

This work is headed up by two GPs Dr Mark and Esther Houghton who have recently set up an organisation called Love 2 Last, to whom we are affiliated.

Dave Bickel runs the team on the south coast - covering from Brighton to Bournemouth (including the Isle of Wight). Dave is based in Portsmouth and is assisted by a small team of local school and youth workers.
